The much-anticipated Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update is now rolling out to Indian HTC One units, after popping up for East Asia and European devices over the last two weeks.
The update brings the firmware version up to 2.24.707.3 and weighs in at about 437MB, so make sure you’re on a solid internet connection if you’re updating it over the air. Along with Android 4.2.2, the update brings various enhancements and improvements, from the battery percentage in the status bar, to the new quick setting panel and camera tweaks, as well as a new HTC Zoe file format to make it easier to manage.
To check for the update, just go into your settings, hit ‘About’ -> ‘Software Updates’ -> Check for Updates.
If you have an HTC One and got the 4.2.2 update, let us know how you’re getting along with it, eh?
