Nokia teases QWERTY phone to be announced on April 24th

Nokia just posted the image you see below, over on their official blog, teasing that there’s a QWERTY phone that will be announced this April 24th.

Nokia QWERTY Asha teaser

There’s a new rounded design language, and the Z & Shift keys imply a phone with a QWERTY keyboard, similar to the Asha 205 that we reviewed last week. The aforementioned blog post also confirmed that this will be a product from Nokia’s Mobile Phones team and not the Lumia folks, so this is probably going to be a new Asha phone or perhaps a new series.

We’ll letchya know as soon as we do folks. Announcement happening at 7am GMT (3am ET) this Wednesday.
