Rovio launches ‘The Croods’ game for iOS and Android

Angry Birds maker Rovio released a new game for iOS and Android today, which is based on upcoming DreamWorks Animation movie “The Croods.”

In the game, players control Grug, a prehistoric caveman who has to “survive the wild” by trapping and taming creatures like the “Girelephant” and “Molarbear” among other things. Similar to time-based building games like Farmville, players have to built their own world complete with plants and animals. Here’s a quick trailer for the game to give you a better idea:
