According to @evleaks, what you see below is a camera sample from the rumored Nokia Lumia 928, that was accidentally uploaded to Google Plus, exif data and all, by a Nokia employee.
The Nokia employee is the current Senior Specialist, Engine Software at Nokia San Diego and has previously worked at Qualcomm and Microsoft, so this leak is looking pretty legit, and confirms the existence of said device. The picture was posted over on his Picasa album through Google Plus, and according to the exif data the flash was not fired (and hopefully neither is the employee for his carelessness).
Now we just wait for official confirmation of the Lumia 928 then, I guess. The Verizon-bound phone is supposed to feature an aluminium body and a xenon flash, with the same camera as the Lumia 920.
Or it might just turn out to be a completely different device?
