Samsung ChatON 2.0 Released: Yet Another Messaging App

If for some strange reason you’re not happy with WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat and a couple gazillion other cross-platform free messaging apps, there’s also Samsung’s ChatON service which got an update to version 2.0 today.

The ChatON internet-based messaging app works on Android, iOS, Blackberry, Bada and even on web browsers, with group messaging support as well. The update brings the app to over 200 countries and 60 languages, with a new multi-screen feature that allows you to chat with up to five separate accounts at one time.

ChatON v2.0.5 update includes:
-Sign in Samsung account
All connected devices receive the same message simultaneously
-Move Special buddy to More menu
-Improvement of My page
Multiple profile images & Comment on PostON
-Change font style of chat room
-Send multiple images at once
-Send Anicon/Animessage+text
ChatON Tablet v1.9.3 update includes:
-Walkie-talkie
-Improvement of My page
-Add image effects
-Add group profile editing
-Add members of chat room as a group
-Add typing status

There’s also Facebook and Twitter support, and more. Available right over at your respective app stores folks.
