Microsoft Reportedly Working On “Apollo+” Windows Phone 8 Update

How that Windows Phone 8 is officially launched with devices around the globe, speculation of what Microsoft is going to bring along in the next OS update has already started.

According to Twitter leakster Football4PDA, who has been mostly right about this sort of thing in the past, Microsoft is working on their first update to the mobile OS, which will come along sometime in the first quarter of 2013. WP8 was codenamed Apollo, so this update is just going to be called “Apollo+” apparently. No details on what exactly will be coming along, but there’s a chance we might finally see an official notification center for Windows Phone, among other things.

It seems, the Windows Phone 8 “Apollo Plus” update might be detailed out at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February. Cant wait!
