LG Optimus L9 Hands-On [video]
LG announced a new L-Style series device at IFA this week, aimed at the mid-range segment. Say hello to the LG Optimus L9.

Hello Optimus L9! What do you have? Well it has a nice big ol’ 4.7 inch IPS display, with a 1Ghz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM keeping things quick, with 4GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot to boot.
You have Android 4.0.4 with LG’s Optimus UI on top, which all together makes this budget smartphone the flagship of the Lseries currently. All that in an 8.9-millimeter profile and they still managed to get an 8 Megapixel camera at the back, and a 2150mAh battery underneath. Then there’s Wifi, DLNA, Wifi-Direct, NFC, Bluetooth v3.0, yada yada.
Apart from all that you have the usual front facing camera at the top, and capacitive touch keys and home button at the bottom of the screen.
Ofcourse it’s still a budget device though, so you have the usual plastic-ky body with a textured back panel that for some reason could not stay closed, as you might take out in the video below, heh.
