Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy S II surpass 50 million combined sales; Galaxy Note reaches 7 million sold

Samsung’s Galaxy S and Galaxy S II sales figures have looked pretty good in the past, and today the Korean company posted that they’ve managed to sell a total 50 million Galaxy S and Galaxy S II units.

The first Galaxy S launched back in 2010 and sold about 24 million units, while the Galaxy S II sold 28 million units in a year, which made it the fastest selling phone in the company’s history. The Galaxy Note phone-tablet also hit another milestone of it’s own, with 7 million units sold.

Not too bad at all, eh? Think Samsung will have the same luck with the Galaxy S III and it’s insanely expensive price?
