Nokia promised that they would bring Internet tethering/sharing to their Lumia 710 and 800 Windows Phones in an update soon and it appears that firmware update is finally available.
For the Lumia 710 and Lumia 800C (Chinese Variant) only though. Available in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Vietnam, the update finally enables wifi hotspot on both windows phones, so that you can share your 3G data to other devices. The update also apparently is part of the “Windows Phone Refresh” Tango update, bringing improvements to MMS, Voice Notes, and a new Location notification icon, among other tweaks and features. The Lumia 900 and Lumia 610 already have this feature enabled, now this just leaves the ol’ average joe Lumia 800, eh?
