Samsung crossed the 10 million units moved mark back in September 2011, but now the company is celebrating hitting the big 20 million Galaxy S II units sold since it launched last April.

Right in time for MWC this weekend too! Samsung states that it ook just ten months to reach the goal, and puts it ahead of the original Galaxy S which reached 22 million sold in an additional 7 months.
Since launching in the U.S on all major networks like AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint, the Galaxy S II and it’s super AMOLED Plus screen, along with its dual cores and slim design made it a favorite very quickly in the Android community.
Now all we need is a Galaxy S III.
