Microsoft’s Office for iPad app has been rumored for a while not but appears to be ready according to a leak today.
According to The Daily, the picture above has an iPad running Microsoft Office. No proof of the pictures being completely legit, but the interface has Excel, Word, and PowerPoint icons along with the ability to create new documents and separate sections for search, Messenger and settings, like Microsoft’s MSN and Bing iPad apps. The design is very Metro-inspired like on Windows Phone, and there might also be an Android version coming along.
Apparently Microsoft’s Mac Business unit have been working on Office for iPad and is close to releasing it in the coming weeks. Let’s hope it’s not too long a wait, eh?
