According to Pocket-lint’s anonymous sources, Sony might be allowing rival smartphone manufacturer HTC, to have Playstation certification for their devices.
The official announcement is supposed to come at Mobile World Congress later this month, and HTC’s Android devices capable of playing PSOne games will have access to the Sony Entertainment network. Big news for both brands if this turns out to be true.
We’ll be right at MWC to see if it is.
