Instagram Updated to v2.1: Even simpler UI, New ‘Sierra’ Filter, ‘Lux’ adjustment
Popular photo sharing app Instagram just got an update today with an even simpler user interface, and new features.
Version 2.1 also brings a new feature called “Lux” which uses a one-touch image enhancement to sharpen and fill light tweaks in order to improve images, such as low contrast photos. There’s also a new Sierra filter which gives images a muted ’70?s-style’ snapshot look. The new simple UI keeps things minimal so that the viewing experience is more in the forefront.
