Apple sues Samsung over iOS autocorrect patents

According to PaidContent, Apple has filed a new patent lawsuit against Samsung today, in San Jose, California.

The complaint has to do with two patents, the first one relates to spelling and autocorrect on iOS devices, with the second relating to “universal interface for retrieval of information in a computer system.” The two patents were granted in December by the U.S. Patents and Trademark Office.

Most of the court documents havent been made public yet, but the Cupertino-based company has been in a huge long legal battle with Samsung and other rivals for more than a year, so me thinks this isnt going to end any time soon, eh?
