Microsoft withdraws Nokia Lumia 900 U.S pre-order at stores, might indicate launch soon?

Microsoft has apparently withdrawn their pre-order offer for the Nokia Lumia 900 at their U.S retail stores, which might indicate a launch soon.

MS started taking pre-orders last week, but confirmed to The Verge, that their offer has been withdrawn, but had no further details. Nokia plan to announce a launch date and pricing for the windows phone ‘shortly’ apparently, which may or may not be related to this. A Microsoft employee said folks interested in the Lumia 900 should “stay tuned to the Microsoft Store Facebook Page” for word on new offers in the coming months.

So far the rumor is a March 18th launch at $99 on contract. Let’s hope it’s right on target, eh?
