We’re hoping to see lotsa Tegra 3 Android devices pop at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later this month, and Nvidia has pretty much confirmed the existence of such devices by sending out press invites this week, offering journalists a sneak peek at their “quad-core firsts.”

The image, as you can see, has a smartphone in there which hints at the first quad-core Android handsets. Both HTC and LG are supposedly working on Tegra-3 devices with a 4.7 Inch screen at 720p HD resolution. No word if both those devices will actually be announced at MWC but hey, Nvidia’s ready to show off their own Tegra 3 quad core goodness. Which should be good enough for us, eh?
