WhatsApp for Symbian Updated to v2.6.61, brings new Homescreen Widget

Popular mult-platform IM service WhatsApp just updated their Symbian Client to version 2.6.61 today, bringing a new Homescreen Widget.

The update weighs in at about 3.3 MB and also has a couple performance improvements.

WhatsApp Messenger is a cross-platform mobile messaging app which allows you to exchange messages without having to pay for SMS. WhatsApp Messenger is available for iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Nokia.

Available to download from WhatsApp.com/Nokia (Still listing v2.6.56 for some users). Not on the Nokia Store yet unfortch.
