Nokia Belle will be available for download starting February 8th
Nokia Vietnam’s Belle site has been updated to inform the users that the Nokia Belle update will be available for download from 08-02-2012
The phone list has a typo where the E7 is listed twice instead of the C7. Also, from the info available on the support page, looks like Belle will only be available via Nokia Suite and not Over the Air.
