I thought Nokia already said this back in December, but apparently the Nokia N8 and all Symbian^3 phones are now shipping with Symbian Nokia Belle installed.
This means the Nokia N8, E7, C7, E6, X7, C6-01 and 500 will all have Belle pre-flashed, along with the current Belle devices, the Nokia 701, 700, etc. This comes in from a tweet by @Nokia to a user asking about devices with Belle:
@nottotune We are already shipping new versions with Nokia Belle installed. Check with your local store for more information

Now brand twitter accounts do make the occasional mistake, but I’m assuming this one tweet is correct. Belle is supposed to be released as an update for current devices next month, so hopefully current S^3 device owners wont feel left out for too long.
