Nokia India Launches the Asha 300 for Rs 7409 [with 3 Months DRM Free Music]

Along with the Asha 200, Nokia India also launched the Nokia Asha 300.

While we were not invited to the private event, we did have some hands-on time with the Nokia 300 back in Nokia World (preview here). The Nokia 300 features a 1Ghz processor, 3G (with 10.2 MBPS HSPA), a 2.4 Inch Touchscreen at QVGA resolution, a full QWERTY keyboard, 5 Megapixel camera (VGA video recording) and lots more in a very stylish little package, that has Whatsapp and Angry Birds pre-installed (woo!).

The Asha 300 will also allow users access to download and share DRM-free music from the Nokia Music Store, from both local and International Music. Nokia India has partnered with over 150 music companies in India like Hungama representing major labels such as Yash Raj, Tseries and the South Indian Music Companies Association. Should be in stores ‘soon.’
