Nokia Connects (aka the artists formerly known as Womworld) just emailed me about a fun new Nokia Mapstronaut promo they’re having this month.

The text reads:

Hi!

I’m guessing since you were 5, you wanted to be an astronaut. If you didn’t want to be an Astronaut – sorry about that, because I’m going to talk to you as if you did…

As a celebration of the new Nokia Maps blog, we’re running a competition that encompasses both your dream AND my dream collectively. YES – we’re combining an ASTRONAUT with a MAP to create THE MAPSTRONAUT!

Over the next 10 days, the Mapstronaut is out to boldly go where no tourist has been before… he’ll be visiting Rome, Berlin and exploring amazing places suggested by YOU!

If he visits your suggestion, you’ll could win €1000 to spend on your favourite thing, and there’s plenty of other prizes too..

To find out how to send in a suggestion and take part, head to blogs.nokia.com/maps!

See you in Rome on Monday!

So that’s London, Rome and Berlin on the agenda so far. Hopefully they’ll swing on by to more places, eh? Dont forget to check out all the details over on the Nokia Connects Blog post.
