Nokia Maps For iOS and Android gets Offline Maps, Public Transport Directions

Remember back when Nokia released a Mobile-browser-based version of Nokia Maps? Well apparently it’s gotten a bit of an update, with offline maps and public transport directions! How freakkin’ cool is that?

Coupled with today’s WebGL version, the Nokia Maps team is on a roll! It’s all in there along with walking/driving directions and the usual venues and information you’re used to on the actual Nokia maps client on Nokia phones. Check it all out yourselves at m.maps.nokia.com on your iOS or Android devices. No windows phone love yet unfortch because mobile Internet explorer cant handle it.
