So, we’ve been using the Nokia N9 for about a day now.
Still too early for a proper review but here’s an unboxing in the meanwhile! Just to let you know what’s in the retail box package.

Observations from the Retail Box? It’s way tiny! Also, I have to confess I had to keep the N9 on my desk and stare at it for a whole minute. It’s just so gorgeous! Also, it took me that long to figure out how to turn it on. D’oh!
Ah but once I switched it on, that’s when all the magic started. I love, LOVE the UI on the N9. MeeGo, Harmattan and all. I’m all set to review, the heck, out of this one, so if you have any questions about the Nokia N9, do let us know in the comments below and we’ll try to answer them as best we can, over the coming days.

Afaik all N9's come with the cover in the same color as the N9 :o)
