How to : Format a dead Nokia N97 or N97 Mini phone

Inspite of being dodged with problems related to low memory & storage, the Nokia N97 & N97 Mini sold quite well. But it was always plagued by FW issues.

There have also been many instances when the phone dies & refuses to start because of some faulty software installation, or in other words, gets bricked. If this has happened to your phone, you need not visit the Nokia Care Center just to revive or start your phone again.

Warning – Formatting / Hard Resetting your Bricked N97 / N97 Mini phone will wipe your phone memory & you will lose your contacts, messages, calendar entries etc. We are not responsible for your loss.
