Like we mentioned earlier, thanks to Nokia India, we were able to play with the new Nokia E6 a little bit early at their preview event here in Delhi.
Unfortch we couldnt get confirmation on exactly when the E6 will hit stores, nor a confirmed price, here’s a couple pictures of what you’ll get in the retail package. Worth mentioning though, that this was a preview event, hence the retail package that y’all actually get might have different contents depending on which region/country you’re in.
So without further ado, let unbox that blue package, shall we? First up, the back of the E6 box informs you that there’s three colors in total to choose from: Black, Silver and White.
The front reminds you that this isnt just any ordinary candybar QWERTY. Oh no, its a Touchscreen device too.
Otherwise it’s the usual Nokia Blue box that we all know and love.
Open it up, and the first thing you’ll see is the Nokia E6.

You have the Nokia BP-4L battery, charging adaptor (Nokia 2mm), microUSB connector cable, headphones and a leather case. And one really long quick start guide too.
Interesting. I dont think I’ve noticed such a large quick start guide in a Nokia box before.
I’m not entirely sure which markets will see that leather case in their retail package. Pity that there’s no TV-Out cable included, since the E6 does support that (not HDMI-out tho, no HD port). So yup, pretty much your usual Nokia sales package. Thoughts? Expected anything more/less?

Will there be a leather case in the box if we but the E6 in Europe? (in the Netherlands to be exactly) if not, where could we buy the exact same leather case that you have in your pirctures
I'm really not too sure Emre :( It's an official Nokia case tho, so it should be sold in Nokia stores I'd assume?
