Google the search engine giant has one upped it’s core ingredient, it’s search engine. Now with the aptly named Google Instant you get search results on the fly as you key in your query, without requiring you to hit the enter key.

The three core features of Google Instant, as laid out in Google’s blog post:
Google Instant will save 2-5 seconds on each desktop search query, according to VP of Search Marisa Mayer. That will become even more valuable once the feature makes it way to Android. Faster results and fewer demands on changing pages will be a significant advancement in mobile search.
Thanks to a tip from Neil Lund, we’ve confirmed that Google Instant works just dandy in the Android browser. The URL that confirmed Google Instant working on an Android phone now redirects to Google home page. This was a pleasant surprise and we are looking forward to more such announcements.
