Since a lot of people have been making comparisons with the two, here are a couple Size Comparison Images of the Nokia C6 versus the former Nseries flagship, the Nokia N97.
And away we go.
Front View (Slide Closed):
As you can see, from the front, both the N97 and C6 look quite different, but have a hint of similarity.
Both devices have a TFT resistive touchscreen, at 360 x 640 pixels resolution. The N97 has a 3.5 inch screen while the C6 has a 3.2 inch. Both have hardware menu and calling keys at the bottom, and a proximity sensor and ambient light sensor at the top. The C6 also has a front-facing QVGA camera here.
Front View (Slide Open):
Both devices slide out to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. While the Dpad on the N97 is on the left, on the C6 it’s on the right.
Back View :
The Nokia C6 has a 5 Megapixel Auto-focus Standard lens camera, with a single LED flash. The N97 meanwhile, has a 5 Megapixel Carl Zeiss lens camera with Dual LED flash and a lens protector.
Left View :
The Nokia C6 only has it’s microSD slot here. The N97 has it’s microUSB port and sliding screen-lock key.
Top View :
Both devices have a 3.5mm standard audio jack here. The N97 has it’s power button here, while the C6 has it’s microUSB port here.
Right View :
Both devices have their dedicated camera keys and volume increase/decrease keys here. The C6 also has it’s sliding screen-lock key.
Bottom View:
While the N97 keeps it minimal, the C6 has it’s standard Nokia charging port here.
