Samsung’s working on an Android Tablet. That’s a fact they confirmed earlier today to Reuters, without citing a release date.

They did however, confirm its going to have a 7 inch screen, GPS, Wifi , 3G and 2 cameras. No word on what version of Android it will ship with, but v2.1 seems to be the flavor right now.
The Samsung Tab was also spotted in the wild today.

And apparently it looks quite a lot like the Samsung Galaxy S. Which is a good thing, I guess.
Looks like the Tablet market is heating up. With the iPad already selling well, Android tablets being released by different manufacturers, and a MeeGo tablet expected soon, we’re just seeing the beginning.
