Thanks to SymbianWorld, we’ve just heard that the Nokia E71 has gotten a firmware update. The new version is now at v.500.21.009. The previous firmware update was 410.21.010.

If you havent gotten the update yet, you’ll just have to wait till the update is rolled out across your part of the world for your device region code. Remember, if your device is product branded, you might have to wait even longer for the update.
The E71 does not have UDP (User Data Preservation), so remember to backup all your data before the firmware update, since it will erase all your data.
