Earlier today, at the Nokia Connections Event in Singapore, Nokia went ahead and announced the new Nokia X5.
The Nokia X5 is a square slide-out Qwerty smartphone running S60v3 Feature Pack 2, and is a “Comes with Music” device.
Also, it’s a whole lotta Ugly.
The Nokia X5 will be first launched in Indonesia and then rolled out to other countries. The estimated price is about 185 Euro (Indian Rs 10,500) which is pretty cheap to be quite honest. Especially considering it supposedly has a 5 Megapixel Camera and Facebook, MySpace and YouTube integration.
Oh and dont confuse this, with the China-only Better Looking Nokia X5.
