Nokia Diagnostics Beta now available on S60V3 FP2 Devices

 

Nokia Betalabs just posted yesterday, to let us know that their Nokia Diagnostics app is now available for S60v3 Feature Pack 2 devices.

Here’s a bit of their blog post :

Today we are happy to announce the release of Nokia Diagnostics for S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2 devices. The application is essentially the same as the touch version but now works with a lot more Symbian devices. We do recommend you to check that your device is running the latest software before trying it out since some older device software versions can potentially cause undesirable behavior.

Nokia Diagnostics is an application that “makes it easy to diagnose and troubleshoot situations on the mobile phone” by running various tests on the phone, including:

1. Network Coverage test
2. Internet connectivity test
3. Battery charger test
4. Loudspeaker &
5. Earpiece test

The beta app has been tested with:
Nokia 5320 XpressMusic, Nokia 5630 XpressMusic, Nokia 5730 XpressMusic,Nokia 6210 Navigator, Nokia 6220 classic, Nokia 6650 fold, Nokia 6700 slide,Nokia 6710 Navigator, Nokia 6720 classic, Nokia 6730 classic,Nokia 6760 slide, Nokia 6788, Nokia 6790 slide, Nokia 6790 Surge,Nokia C5-00, Nokia E52, Nokia E55, Nokia E71x, Nokia E72, Nokia E75,Nokia N78, Nokia N79, Nokia N85, Nokia N86 8MP, Nokia N96, Nokia N96-3
