Google Buzz was just announced a couple minutes ago, and watchya know, it’s already available on Symbian Devices.

Google Buzz comes in an updated version of Google Maps (version 4) for Symbian S60 devices and isnt a dedicated application.
As such, it doesnt have the Voice shortcuts, Buzz icon shortcuts, and Buzz on a Place Page features that are on the Android and iPhone versions. More info on the different Mobile Os versions on this page.
To get the update, head on over to M.Google.com/Maps on your Symbian S60v3 (N82, N95, N86, E72, E71, etc) or S60v5 (N97, N97 Mini, 5800, 5530,5230,5233, etc) device or click here to download the update to your desktop.
