In what seems to be the newest step in the current back and forth between Nokia and Apple (and them suing each other), Apple has requested a Ban on all US imports of Nokia Devices.
Apple’s Complaint was posted on the ITC (International Trade Commission) website yesterday. The ITC is a US government agency in charge of protecting the US market from unfair trade practices.

I dont really think Nokia’s marketshare in the US is big enough to matter to them (if they really do get banned).
This battle sure doesnt look like it will end anytime soon. Still though, like I said in the start, this whole thing is pretty hilarious.
