Apparently Nokia is laying off 2000 employess at it’s Salo Plant in Finland.

The lay-offs will be cyclical, which means the factory will always run with 20% fewer employees and each person will be laid off for more than 90 days at a time.
Nokia says it’s forced to lay off workers because its manufacturing capacity is not in line with current market demands.
