The Optical Navi-Key on the Nokia E72

One of the ‘new’ features on the Nokia E72, is its Optical Navigation Key (or “Opti-Navi-Key” for short).

The key is basically the E72′s Dpad, and you can choose whether to use the Optical Navi-Key or not.

You can also adjust the Sensitivity settings. Adjust it to ‘High’, ‘Medium’ or ‘Low’.

And lastly, you can also choose whether or not the device vibrates when you use the Navi-key. Personally I found the whole ‘Navi-key’ experience better with the vibration switched on.

Now the Optical Navi-key itself, takes getting used to. Personally I didnt think much of it, but still keep it switched on. You’ll either love it or hate it really, but I’ve heard quite a few people talk about how great the Navi-key is, so I might be in the minority here.

Here’s a short video just to show you how the Navi-Key works on the E72 :

Hi, switch off the mobile and switch it on after 10 seconds. It'll work...but the same is not a solution. Better approach Nokia care...
