Thanks to Gerry over at NokiaAddict, we’ve just heard that the Nokia E71 has gotten a firmware update. The new version is now at v400.21.013.
If you havent gotten the update yet, you’ll just have to wait till the update is rolled out across your part of the world for your device region code. Remember, if your device is product branded, you might have to wait even longer for the update.
The E71 does not have UDP (User Data Preservation), so remember to backup all your data before the firmware update, since it will erase all your data.

I have updated the software and it works just fine except the mail for exchange which i cannot setup now. I do everything and it just doesnt work, furthermore i create a mailbox account and then he doesn't save the fkin thing... Anyone?
It has been almost two weeks and I can't find this update when I try to update my cell using Nokia Software Updater. I guess Nokia only shares this update with newly produced phones. WAY TO GO NOKIA.

Unlocked E71, purchased on Amazon.. When I check for updates on Nokia web site (entering product code) or try to update via Nokia Software Updater get same message..."Version 200.21.118 is latest version.
Is your E71 locked to a network, maybe ?
