Unfortunately, we can only speak for the review unit we received. Our unit was fine, and a lot more stable than our N97. I'm really surprise that your review unit didn't have any issues with the phone restarting and hanging, problems with the home screen i.e. icons missing, problems with the camera i.e. purple color will appear on the screen.
