The Nokia 5530 XM gets minor updates: Mail for Exchange v2.9, Ovi Contacts v1.20

Just like the 5800 XM got Ovi contacts v1.20 earlier this month, if you have a Nokia 5530 XpressMusic and happen to be on the latest v11 firmware, fire up your “SW Update” app and let it check for updates.

5530 SW Updates

You’ll find that you’re now able to install Ovi Contacts v1.20(11), as well as update to the latest version of Mail for Exchange that is now on version 2.9(188).

I personally dont use Ovi Contacts much, or Mail for Exchange for that matter. But hey, an Update’s an update, eh ?

I just got my new 5530 and first thing I did was to update the firmware and the the three applications including the "mail for exchange" that the software update found. I am now trying to setup google sync and can't find the MfE application anywhere. How do I access this?
