As you may or may not already know, the service was considered to be “In Trial” ever since it started, but we all just assumed they’d find a way to work it out eventually.
Considering Nokia Messaging only worked properly for me, for one month on the ol’ N82 (back when it was Nokia Email) and never on any of my Trial Devices (even the E75 we trialled apparently didnt connect with the Service), I dont really think much of the service. They can be darn sure I’m not going to pay for a service I cant even get to install properly (like on our N97).
Did you receive the same email ? In India or another country ? Do let us know y’all.

This is really good service, always worked very well for my N82 and E71.
