Devin over at theNokiaGuide found out that Nokia’s Ovi Files service (formerly known as “Files on Ovi“) is now a completely free service.
As you might already know, Ovi Files is a service that lets you remotely access files on your PC from your Mobile while you’re on the go. Previously, you’d have to pay for a subscription to the service to be able to use it, but as of today, the service is now completely free. If you already have a paid subscription, you should receive a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription.

“On-the-go file access is a basic component of a complete mobile lifestyle offering. Providing Ovi Files for free enables Nokia to connect more people to Ovi and accelerate the creation of even more advanced Files and Ovi features.”
I’ve played around with the service before, and its definitely very helpful. Have you guys tried Ovi Files yet ? Do let us know your thoughts.
