I've had several people with UK N97s tell me that they had to format their device to get the update. I guess we'll have to wait for the N-Gage team to release the installation file as a download. We receieve the updates:
N97 C: Phone Memory update
Nokia Messaging 10.0

(That is, 3 unlocked N97s across the Australian service providers Telstra, Optus and Vodafone.

From what i've read around the internets, those people who have successfully got it working are those who decided not to update to V11. I don't think your service provider plays a part, i've tried it with several sim cards and across multiple V11 N97s.

I've had a little cry to the N-gage admins, they havn't got back to me but i will post back their findings
