Just a few minutes ago, Nokia launched an S40 version of their previously-S60-only application, Nokia Image Exchange.

Straight from the post at Betalabs :
Alongside our other development activities of our S60 imaging application we here at Nokia Image Exchange team have also created a Java application for uploading, publishing and sharing images. For existing Image Exchange users this gives an opportunity to invite a lot more of their friends to use Image Exchange and share images with them. This version should also be more suitable for users without flat-fee data plan or WiFI connections as it will not automatically back-up all images.
Nokia Image Exchange Lite is intended to be an image uploading and sharing utility instead of a gallery application. It also allows receiving images shared to the user as well as commenting shared or published images. As with its bigger brother, it also utilizes automatic registration and existing contact information to make sharing images easier.
Nokia Image Exchange Lite should run on many Nokia S40 and S60 devices. More detailed requirements are available on the download page on Nokia Image Exchange website at:
So if you have an S40 device and want in on the Image exchange action, head on over to ImageExchange.Nokia.com.
I wonder if this means we’ll see more S40 versions of Applications at Betalabs.
