The Terms and Conditions do not state the promotion being tied to only residents of Ireland (yet) so it looks like this might be open to everyone.

Thanks for pointing out the issues in the form. =)
You were correct in it being the "+" symbol - I was obviously a little too eager on my data validation!! Have fixed this so it now knows how to handle "+" and "(", ")" symbols also.
