Official YouTube App gets updated to v2.09

The YouTube application for S60 has been updated to version 2.09.

As far as I can see, there doesnt seem to be any UI changes, although I suspect there are a few bug fixes in this update.

There’s still no S60 V5 version for the Nokia 5800 so if you have one, you’ll just have to do with using the YouTube.com site, since your device supports Flash anyway. An official list of supported devices can be found here.

To Download the update, head on over to m.YouTube.com from your Phone Browser. You should see a link at the bottom saying “Download the YouTube Application” if your Device is compatible.
