I’ve had a surprisingly large number of requests for these, so here we go. A couple size comparison pictures of the Nokia E75 vs the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
Onwards with the pictures.
Front View :
You can see the devices have almost identical dimensions, though the E75 is a tad slimmer and taller.
The front view is where you see just how completely different these two devices are.
The 5800 is all Touchscreen with S60 V5 running it, the large screen and 3 rows of buttons at the bottom, whereas the E75 has a standard S60 V3 FP2 interface with standard alphanumeric keys, 2 shortcut keys, along with the standard S60 keys like the left/right selection keys, green/red keys and the Home and Delete keys also.
It’s worth mentioning that for the E75, the Red Call End Key is also the power button.
Slider Open :
Where as the 5800 depends on all touch input, the E75 has a gorgeous slide out Qwerty keyboard that makes typing on the device a pleasure.
Back View :
Both the E75 and 5800 have 3.2 Mp lenses at the back. The 5800 though, has Carl Zeiss optics and Dual LED vs Standard optics and single LED on the E75.
Left View :
The E75 has it’s MicroUSB and MicroSD slots here, both covered with a rubber flap. Thankfully, you can also use the MicroUSB port to charge the E75 via a compatible cable connected to your PC.
The 5800 has it’s SIM Card port and MicroSD card slot here, both covered with a plastic panel.
Top View :
Both the 5800 and the E75 have a standard 3.5mm Audio Jack at the top.
The 5800 also has it’s power key, charging port and microUSB port here.
Right View :
Both devices have their dedicated Camera Buttons here, along with a Zoom in/out (aka Volume Increase/Decrease) Key.
The 5800 also has it’s sliding keypad lock switch here.
Bottom View :
The 5800 has no ports at the bottom at all.
The Nokia E75 has it’s charging port here. It’s worth mentioning that you can also charge via the USB port, using the compatible cable provided in the retail box.
