Eldar from Mobile-Review.com, has done it again. Just posted today, was his in-depth (p)review of the recently announced Samsung Omnia HD.
He confirms that the device runs on Symbian’s S60 5th Edition mobile OS. He states that the appearance of widgets in the official photo was just the result of adding Samsung’s 3D TouchWiz UI on top, which is basically, an extra layer of UI for S60 5th Edition that Samsung added.
