My Pal Errol just informed me a couple mintures ago, that while he was checking for an update for his E71, he noticed that the Nokia Software Update Site has gotten a slight makeover.
Now you’re presented with the screen above, with a phone listed with its latest update info, and a couple of the improvements in that firmware listed.
There’s now a row of phones at the bottom of the site, organised by model series (Nseries, Eseries and the Numbered models).
You can click on the thumbnail of the phone you want to update, and you’re taken to a page listing its new firmware version and its advantages. You can also choose to subscribe to updates about any new firmware versions. Below that, are instructions of how to update your phone, using OTA on your device, or via PC.
A pretty neat Makeover, if I do say so myself. Well done Nokia !
