The Nokia Conversation Application makes a return

Nokia Betalabs is on a roll lately. Just released, is the updated Nokia Conversation application. This is basically a threaded message application where you can view your sent and received text message conversation with someone instead of the traditional inbox view.

Conversation is an add-on application that allows you to follow your communication with contacts as streams of conversations, which it organizes, based on individual contacts. The application also makes it very easy to reply to received messages and continue an ongoing conversation with the contact.

This is a bit from the post over on Betalabs :

Yes. We heard you. After listening your heartbreaking pleas, complaints, wishes, threats, and prayers for a year, we are now proud to present Conversation application, mightier and with wider compatibility than ever.

Note: due to technical complexities, there are several versions and installation packages. Choose wisely. And if you have earlier versions of Conversation, Gizmo and/or Nokia Chat installed, the installation procedure is a bit tricky. Please be patient and read the instructions first (before reporting incompatibilities). Apologies for the hassle, but otherwise this release wouldn’t have been possible.

You can download the application on the Nokia Conversation page at Betalabs. Make sure you download and install the correct version though, as there are different versions for different S60 devices.
