Nokia India to launch 5800 XpressMusic Early January 2009

Nokia India, yesterday, finally unveiled its plans for the launch of the 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia’s first S60 Touch phone.

The plans now are, to launch the device in January 2009, at the price of Rs 21,839. Full details of the press release, after the break.

Good that it is announced.For Italy, preorder was up for two weeks, but now it's taken off. Actually, many countries have rumors or announcements going on - but there is no word on the CwM edition availability.(I've collected everything in one table - a lot of details are missing now.)
